Hi! I’m Annabelle Williamson, also known as 'La Maestra Loca.' I’m a middle school Spanish teacher in New Orleans (and Louisiana’s 2018 World Language Teacher of the Year!).
As we jump into a new school year, my #1 priority is helping you build an authentic, joyful classroom community right from the start. Whether I’m keynoting conferences around the world, hosting my podcast, or leading our global Familia Loca PLC, my passion is giving you the tools to create a connected classroom culture where students feel safe taking risks, acquisition happens naturally, and you start day one feeling confident and supported.
