Group Coaching with

La Maestra Loca™

Group Coaching  with ME!

If you're looking for guidance, support, inspiration, and coaching in an intimate setting, this is for you!

I've intentionally limited these group coaching sessions to 12 people in each cohort. This ensures there's equity of voice and that everyone walks away feeling inspired and eager to get back into their classrooms to start implementing their greatest takeaways!

You'll notice I've also VERY intentionally, created a cohort for teachers who are new/new(ish)/dabbling in Acquisition Driven Instruction and a cohort for those who feel they're intermediate, experienced or advanced. This is also intentional to maximize the time in each hour long session!

THREE Small Group Coaching Sessions with La Maestra Loca:

  • Ask the burning questions you have!
  • Learn from the questions others in your cohort ask that you didn't KNOW you were also pondering!
  • Walk away with inspiration, empowered and excited to go to class and apply what you've learned!

THE COHORTS ARE LIMITED TO 12 SPOTS IN EACH COHORT!

Hi, I'm Annabelle!

I am a teacher, mentor, coach, presenter, Wife, Step-Mommy and Mommy. I live and work in New Orleans, LA and have been teaching with Acquisition Driven instruction for my whole career. I am passionate about supporting and empowering teachers! Let me be your cheerleader!

I'm in!

Liz

Although I have never been the one asking questions, I always take away something new. I like that the questions can be about anything, because I never know what I’m going to learn. It is educational and fun!

Barbara

It's exactly like having a private/small group coaching session…from the comfort of my home! Invariably a question or two will come up that is EXACTLY what I’ve been pondering myself…but haven’t asked! The warm interaction  amongst Annabelle and participants—along with the non-judgmental atmosphere— has benefited me in so many ways and empowered and encouraged me in my teaching!

Jen

I love these sessions! I always come with a question in mind, but hearing from the other members just reminds me of so many other great questions that I hadn't even thought about! I always walk away feeling inspired, challenged, and grateful!

My approach to coaching and mentoring is unique...

I enjoy working with teachers to find solutions to their biggest frustrations by first acknowledging what IS going well and finding strategies that may work for them to integrate more comprehensible target language to their classes and infuse more JOY.

Group Coaching is for you if...

  • You're looking for some additional mentorship and support
  • You're willing to take risks and try new things
  • You're eager to reflect on your current practice and what's working and what isn't
  • You seek to listen to understand and know that everyone is in a different place in their implementation of ADI and they're experience teaching
  • You strive to focus on the positive and desire to bring more JOY to your classroom

Group Coaching is not for you if...

  • You're looking for 1:1 support and mentorship
  • You attend workshops and trainings but are unwilling to take risks implement the things you're learning
  • You're not interested in examining your own practice to look for what is and isn't working
  • You believe there's one right way to do things and get frustrated when people have a different opinion
  • You struggle in a collaborative, respectful, cooperative space
